• 45 minute commute to Barranco.
• Taxi from airport:
o Prices range from 30 soles to 70 soles.
o We have a taxi service we trust, which charges $18.00 dollars from the airport
for 1‐4 people. Please contact the innkeeper to make arrangements to use this
taxi service.

Things to do at Second Home Peru.
Second Home Peru offers a number of unique amenities that guests may wish to take
advantage of including:
• Free Wifi to stay in touch with your loved ones or keep up‐to‐date on your
business needs (enter 2471042 as password or for liliandelfin network enter
24798962 for password).
• Gallery space and artist studio tour. Our gallery space contains the works of Victor
Delfin, renowned sculptor and painter who lives on the property. All works are for
sale. In addition, we offer a tour of the artist's studio space. Please make
arrangements for tour at the front office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. ‐ 12:00
p.m. or email innkeeper advance to make arrangements for tour.
• Pool available for those guests who visit Peru during its summer season
(approximately December to April). Please use Second Home Peru's pool towels,
which can be requested at the front desk.
• Ocean views are a highlight of Second Home Peru. Enjoy the views by the pool
deck, in the garden, or lying on the hammock.
• Breakfast is provided in the guest house kitchen from 7:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
• Mini‐bar is located on the second floor of the guesthouse. The mini‐bar has bottles
of wine for $15, beer $1.50, water $1.00, and sodas $1.00). Please go to the front
desk to ask for access to the mini‐bar.
• Maid and linen service. Personal laundry service is available upon request at the
front desk for a minimum of $15.00.
• Telephone service is only available at the front desk. If you make local calls they
are free of charge, but long distance cards must be made with a pre‐paid telephone
card, which can be purchased at the front desk.
• Cable T.V. with channels of many different languages.
• Beach access is available through "el puente de los suspiros" which is located a few
blocks to the right of Domeyer. Guests have access to beach towels provided by
front desk.
Directions to beach (approximately a 10 minute walk):
Turn right on Junin (first street you come across)
You will see a park with a church ("Ermita") and a bridge "El
puente de los suspiros".
Go under the bridge to "La bajada de los banos" a path which will
take you to the beach.

Cancellation and Payment Policy:
Second Home Peru has the following cancellation policy; Cancellations must be made a least one week in advance because of the uncertainity involved in filling a room on short notice. Patrons cancelling after the aceptable period will be charged the full room rate depending on the length of the reservation.
