Our hostel was built over 5 years ago. My father, Paulino, was the one had the idea to change our home to a hostel. At first it was difficult to adapt ourselves to change, a lot of things happened, things we didn’t even imagine before getting into this business. But my father persevered and survived in the hotel market.
Before it all became different, rooms were offered only to local clients and services were limited. Our goals have increased and our goal has become more crucial. Now it’s different, we changed our facilities, and improved the rooms gradually; we experienced many things with our first guests. At first I was very nervous because it was something new for us. I used to be dedicated only to study but now with my father working in the hostel; we work every day to improve our service and provide something that we believe has been lost in the hotel industry. This has been lost is the human touch, hospitality, many major brand hotels in the world have focused on efficiency, reducing costs and not to engage with customers as a result they have lost the essence of hospitality.
We believe hospitality is to provide personalized service and are dedicated to being the best at it. From going along to places our guests don’t know to help you get a bus ticket for today, and so many other ways of help with no cost at all.
HOSTAL LAS FRESAS now exists on the internet; there are comments about us all over. It has been over a year since I started this, we’ve been through so many experiences and we realized that now all our guests are now our new friends. |
